Leadership

Leadership Programs utilize  ‘sister teams’ with a focus on projects that teach leadership skills.  Through this effort, girls will build positive relationships, explore personal strengths and gain self-confidence.

We will help them develop into effective future leaders for our communities.  Young women are assisted with skills in obtaining a job.  We teach them to put the employment puzzle together by offering guidance on the job application process, cover letter and resume building, and interview preparation.
